ChromeCrusher gained attention in late 2016 after locating Fitlantis through a coordinate exploit that took advantage of bedrock generation patterns. While he did not destroy the base himself, the knowledge enabled other groups, such as Team Aurora, to track it down and engage in a large-scale conflict there.
ChromeCrusher began to gain fame in late 2016, after being able to find Fitlantis due to a new coordinate exploit he discovered that involved bedrock. He did not grief the base, however this led to other groups being able to find Fitlantis and wage a huge battle there involving Team Aurora.

A few months later, in February 2017, Chrome returned and interrupted Fit's construction of a new base, but was unsuccessful in killing Fit. He also left a Chrome's Crusher sword on a gold cross in Torogadude's Theater and like Fitlantis, he did not grief it. He based with Fit and AlphaComputer at Rocket Town, and when it was griefed, he went on to destroy Summermelon.

In February 2017, ChromeCrusher returned to interrupt Fit’s work on a new base, though he failed to kill him. He later left a sword labeled “Chrome’s Crusher” on a gold cross at Torogadude's Theater, which he, like Fitlantis, chose not to grief. He also collaborated with Fit and AlphaComputer at Rocket Town. After Rocket Town was destroyed, he participated in the griefing of Summermelon.
In 2019 ChromeCrusher used a terrain exploit to locate Hitlerville (Hausemaster's base) that had been moved with WorldEdit in 2016 and missing since then. He allowed SalC1 to tour the base then he recorded AlphaComputer and himself blowing up the base.

In 2019, he used a terrain-based exploit to locate Hitlerville—Hausemaster's old base—which had been hidden via WorldEdit since 2016. He granted SalC1 access to film a tour of the rediscovered base, then later uploaded footage of himself and AlphaComputer blowing it up.

ChromeCrusher played a key role in revealing that Minecraft’s bedrock layout is consistent across worlds, allowing him to locate underground bases like Fitlantis. He later recognized that the same principle could be applied to surface terrain features, enabling players to reverse-engineer coordinates from shared screenshots. These discoveries influenced numerous other exploiters, including Offtopia.
ChromeCrusher<nowiki/>'s coordinate exploit proved that the bedrock pattern is the same for every world in Minecraft. This led to him being able to find underground bases easily, such as Fitlantis. Soon after discovering Fitlantis, he realized the exploit could also be used to exploit naturally generated terrain which was previously freely shared in screenshots. Various other players would use these exploits such as Offtopia.

ChromeCrusher is a close friend of Zltb. The pair had a small base together, although not much construction took place. ChromeCrusher shared the coordinates to TheCampingRusher's one million base with Zltb and requested for it be greifed. Zltb later traveled there and performed the greif as requested. ChromeCrusher shared his bedrock coordinate exploit with Zltb prior to it becoming public although the pair did not use it for any greifs together.
